The first two months of Wave Sciences’ participation in the NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) program have been both intense and highly productive.
Our engagement began in Krakow at the inaugural Innovation Hub gathering. During this visit, we had the distinct honor of meeting with Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. We briefed him and his team on Wave Sciences’ innovative acoustics software and its potential applications in strengthening allied operational capabilities. The discussions reflected a clear commitment among NATO nations to accelerating the development and deployment of dual-use technologies.
Following Krakow, we participated in engagements surrounding the Munich Security Conference, where global leaders, defense officials, and technology innovators convened to address emerging security challenges. The conversations reinforced the importance of advancing resilient, high-impact technologies capable of delivering operational advantage in complex environments.
In addition to these high-level engagements, DIANA continues to provide access to valuable technical resources, mentorship, and a network of collaborators spanning industry, government, and academia. The quality of dialogue and the openness to cross-border cooperation have been especially encouraging.
We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to NATO DIANA’s mission and look forward to continuing our work in support of allied innovation and security.
